• Applications are to be submitted for a team participating in the ROV competition. Individual requests and or applications will not be accepted.
• Please fill out the application online and either mail it to:

• Applications may be printed neatily and legibly in black or blue ink or typed.
• Applying teams need to submit a labeled team picture (JPEG format) and a team roster with names, ages, and grades.
• Applications should be filled out completely and answered correctly and truthfully.
• Please include a letter from your team advisor explaining why the team is deserving of this award. This letter should be typed in 12 pt, clear, legible, font (no scripts or footed fonts) ex: Times New Roman, Helvetica, etc. The letter should be double-spaced and no more than two pages long.
• Please keep a copy of the application and letter on file until you have been notified of your award status (up to 15 days after the deadline)
