March 15th	1stUpdate, Team Roster, Release & Consent Forms Due
March 31st	2nd Update, Proof of Publication Due **Awards will be sent after these have been received** ***Please notify us if you need your awards sooner for regional competitions
April 15th	3rdUpdate Due
April 30th	4th Update Due
June	Final Update due after competition

* If your team has not received notification by this date, please send an e-mail to carrillo_jess@yahoo.com .

** Team members and their guardians need to give written permission to have pictures posted online at this site with the bi-monthly updates.

*** Proof of publication in written media must be provided. Articles should be student written or written by a reporter interviewing students. Articles can be in school and local papers, but an underwater magazine or journal is preferred.

Update Rules:
Update deadlines are expected to be met on time. Any late updates will result in automatic disqualification unless we have received at least 24 hours notice. Awards are sent out after we have received four updates. If there is a valid reason your team needs to receive the award early, like for a regional competition, please send it in writing to carrillo_jess@yahoo.com .
